- 1 1/4 Cup gluten free Pamela’s Baking and Pancake Mix
- 1/4 water
- 1/4 unsweetened applesauce
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 raw honey
- 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons Bulletproof Upgraded Chocolate Powder
- 2 tablespoons Bulletproof Collagen
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl combine ingredients.
- Spoon into a greased muffin tin and bake 25-30 minutes. (yields 6 muffins)
