Gluten Free Cocoa Collagen Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 Cup gluten free Pamela’s Baking and Pancake Mix
  • 1/4 water
  • 1/4 unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 raw honey
  • 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons Bulletproof Upgraded Chocolate Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Bulletproof Collagen

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine ingredients.
  3. Spoon into a greased muffin tin and bake 25-30 minutes. (yields 6 muffins)
