Gluten Free Banana Muffins

gluten free banana muffin

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups of Pamela’s Baking & Pancake Mix
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup smashed ripe bananas

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix ingredients together and spoon into greased muffin tin, fill to top. (yields 6 muffins)
  3. Bake 35-40 minutes.
