Gluten Free Apple Stack Cake

Ingredients:

  • 4 cupsĀ Pamela’s Baking & Pancake Mix
  • 8 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 8 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 teaspoons ground giner
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 4 cups water
  • 36 oz applebutter or applesauce

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Pour 1 cups of batter into a greased 9 inch cake pan and bake for 15-17 minutes and repeat. Recipe yields 8, 9 inch cakes.
  4. Let cakes cool and layer with a thin layer of applebutter or applesauce.
